SHIPPING STATUS
At the end of the preparation of the order, the customer will receive an informative email from our customer service confirming the order has been processed and entrusted to the courier. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing will take longer. AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Shipping within 4-5 working days of order processing (except for the Islands for which the timing varies depending on the destination and for RUSSIA for which the timing could be longer.
ATTENTION: Your order will be shipped via DAP (Delivered at Place) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in your destination country. Our courier, DPD, will contact you before the goods are delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. The customer must take full responsibility for any packages returned due to unpaid customs charges. Postage charges, return shipping charges, customs charges and handling charges will all be deductible from any refund due.
