Return Costs – International Orders
For all international orders, return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of the total order value.
Free returns are not available for international orders under any circumstances.
International Return Procedure
For international orders, returns are possible only by contacting our Customer Care.

Returns made without prior authorization from Customer Care will not be accepted.
The return shipment must be:

Sent at the customer’s expense

Shipped using a tracked and insured courier
Me Fui is not responsible for untracked shipments or parcels lost during transport.
Return Conditions & Refunds
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and any free gifts.
We will refund only items returned in accordance with the instructions provided.
If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the parcel will be sent back to you.
[N.B.: Swimwear and underwear items (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) may be tried on only while wearing personal underwear (and with the hygienic protection applied – included inside the package or already attached – in the case of women’s/girls’ swimwear).
Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the sender if the garments show signs of use or if the hygienic protection was not applied at the time of fitting.]
Refund Timing & Processing
The price paid at the time of the order will be refunded within 30 days from the return of the goods
(net of dossier and customs clearance costs for returns from non-EU / Extra-EEC countries).
In the case of partial withdrawal, only the value of the returned items will be refunded
(net of dossier and customs clearance costs for returns from non-EU / Extra-EEC countries).
The return will be processed within 3–4 working days from the date the returned goods are received at our warehouse.
Within the same timeframe, the outcome will be communicated (acceptance or rejection of the returned items and transfer of the case to accounting for the refund).
Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method selected at checkout.

Card payments: the refund will be processed by restoring the original transaction

Bank transfer payments: refunds can be issued only to an Italian bank account and only if the account holder matches the order holder (or is the same account holder from which the original payment was received)
If these conditions are not met, a store credit voucher will be issued, usable on the official Me Fui online shop.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal is excluded for any customized or personalized products.
E-GIFT CARD RETURN
Right of Withdrawal
The E-Gift Card is non-refundable.
Following a purchase made using an E-Gift Card, the right of return may be exercised only for size or colour changes, according to the procedures and timeframes indicated above.
In the event of a return:

The E-Gift Card will be reactivated with a value equal to the returned purchase

If an additional monetary difference was paid, it will be refunded using the same payment method used to pay the difference

Personal Data Processing
The purchase of an E-Gift Card involves the communication of personal data of the purchaser.
