E-gift card
- The Me-Fui e-gift card is a virtual card that can be purchased online on the Me-fui.com website, which can be used for future purchases or to give it relatives and friends.
- The E-Gift Card is sent by e-mail to the recipient indicated by the buyer at the time of purchase and can be used for the purchase of online goods.
- The E-Gift Card can be used within 1 year from the date of purchase indicated on the purchase confirmation email sent to the customer.
- It will be possible to check the expiration date on the site.
- Available in 3 different cuts of € 50.00 - € 75.00 - € 100.00.
- Discounts and/or promotions of any kind cannot be used for the purchase of the same.
- It does not involve activation costs and cannot be used to buy other e-gift card.
- If the value of the e-gift card does not end within the expiry of the same, the customer will not be entitled to remain in the rest of any kind.
- If the initial value is insufficient to make the desired online purchase, the missing amount must be paid using the other payment methods accepted on the site.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 48 working hours from confirmation of payment (longer in the case of bank transfer). Shipments are processed Monday through Friday.
What are the shipping costs in Italy?
Express shipping costs 6,50€ (free over €50).
Disadvantaged locations, smaller islands and the Venice Lagoon have a cost of 12€ (€9 above €40).
How long can I make a return?
You can request a return within 14 days from receipt of the order. The product must have warranty seal intact, have not been used and include original packaging, tags and gifts.
Is the return free?
The return is free for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a cost of is retained 6€ from the refund.
How does the refund work?
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 30 days with it same payment method of the order.
For payments by bank transfer, a refund is only possible on Italian account registered in the same name as the order; alternatively a is issued shopping voucher.
