How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 48 working hours from confirmation of payment (longer in the case of bank transfer). Shipments are processed Monday through Friday.
What are the shipping costs in Italy?
Express shipping costs 6,50€ (free over €50).
Disadvantaged locations, smaller islands and the Venice Lagoon have a cost of 12€ (€9 above €40).
How long can I make a return?
You can request a return within 14 days from receipt of the order. The product must have warranty seal intact, have not been used and include original packaging, tags and gifts.
Is the return free?
The return is free for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a cost of is retained 6€ from the refund.
How does the refund work?
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 30 days with it same payment method of the order.
For payments by bank transfer, a refund is only possible on Italian account registered in the same name as the order; alternatively a is issued shopping voucher.
